A very special project
The bus station of Namur in Belgium has been given a very special roofing. On an area of more than 8000m², 3560 modules made of laminated safety glass with 2x6mm ESG glass were connected to form a system with 315 kWp and now protect passengers from wind and weather. The roof required an extra portion of planning, as it involved 52 different module types on 4 sub-segments, all of which were designed in special shapes and with special cell layout.

A privacy screen has never been so efficient!
This installation proves how versatile photovoltaics can be. In addition to generating electricity with an output of almost 4.4 kWp, the modules here also have a lot to offer as a fence and privacy screen. At the same time, the garden is protected from the wind and also looks good.
