Solar staircase
With every step closer to the sun
The semi-transparent and insulating photovoltaic façade elements of the “energiehaus luzern” catch the eye even before you enter the building. The seven-part glass exterior wall of the staircase produces electricity with an output of more than 2 kWp, and with the help of our perforated cells, even more sunlight comes inside.

Recreation below solar cells
Under this terrace roof, you can now enjoy the sun without being exposed to too much heat. In the 13 photovoltaic panels, 756 solar cells provide pleasant shade and produce energy at the same time. The output is approximately 4.4 kWp with an average transparency of 37 %.
