Green Point – Pottendorfer Straße, Wiener Neustadt
In Wiener Neustadt, directly located on the Pottendorferstraße, the Green Point project was realized – an exemplary renovation of an old building in which apartments and business premises now find their place. The entire building was planned according to a stringent sustainability concept, the result extends from the cellar to the individual apartments to the roof.
Solar modules from ertex solar were integrated into the balcony balustrades of the apartments. A total of 144 PV modules are installed in black, with a total output of 52 kWp. In addition to generating sustainable electricity, residents benefit from electric charging stations in the basement, sophisticated lighting and heating control and the use of Gidrolock – a sensor-based alarm system that reports water leakage to the water supply ball valve and the apartment owner via SMS.
